Question 1

What is Hannah?

Accepted Answer

Hannah is a lead to appointment specialist for car dealerships. She answers every buyer message within seconds on text, email and web chat, qualifies the buyer, and works toward a scheduled appointment at the store. Pricing, payments, finance and trade questions go to a manager, and the buyer gets a reply in the same turn.

Question 2

Does Hannah replace my CRM?

Accepted Answer

No. Hannah works on top of the CRM you already use. Your CRM stays the official system of record. Hannah writes notes into it the way a team member would, and when her view of a deal disagrees with the CRM, the CRM wins and the difference is recorded.

Question 3

What channels does Hannah work on?

Accepted Answer

Hannah works on SMS text, email and website chat. She uses one identity across every channel so a buyer never gets crossed messages from two different assistants.

Question 4

Does Hannah follow up with leads that went quiet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stage clocks watch every open opportunity. When a buyer goes quiet, Hannah re-engages on a cadence your store controls, stops the moment the buyer replies or a person takes over, and never messages during quiet hours.

Question 5

Can Hannah book the appointment directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hannah proposes times inside the store's business hours, confirms the appointment with the buyer, and records it on the appointment board and in the CRM. Your team sees lead, booked, confirmed and shown status for every opportunity.

Question 6

What happens when a buyer asks about price, payments or trade value?

Accepted Answer

Hannah quotes only the exact listed price from your verified inventory feed. Payments, interest rates, trade values and discounts always go to a person. Hannah tells the buyer a manager will follow up, alerts the right manager by text or email, and that manager replies with one tap or a reply code.

Question 7

Will Hannah make up prices or payments?

Accepted Answer

No. Hannah never invents a number. She quotes exact listed prices from your current inventory feed only. Anything about payments, rates, trade value or discounts is handed to a manager before any number reaches the buyer.

Question 8

Do my managers need to log in?

Accepted Answer

No. Managers get a text or email with a one tap link or reply codes. Their answer goes straight back to Hannah and on to the buyer. There is no app to install and no dashboard to learn.

Question 9

What stops Hannah from saying something she should not?

Accepted Answer

Every message passes through five governed layers before it leaves: security and authority, memory and context, verified knowledge and tools, communication and handoff, and lifecycle and evidence. The default is deny. A failure at any layer stops the message and routes it to a person.

Question 10

What if a salesperson is already talking to the buyer?

Accepted Answer

Hannah stands down. Before every send she rechecks for newer human activity on the conversation. If a person replied in the meantime, Hannah stays quiet until ownership returns to her.

Question 11

Can I turn Hannah off for a store?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every rooftop has a kill switch. Flip it and Hannah stops sending immediately while your team keeps full visibility of every conversation she was handling.

Question 12

Is every action recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every decision, suppression, handoff and message is written to an audit ledger with the evidence that produced it. Enterprise team plans can export the full history.

Question 13

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

You can test Hannah right now with no account. Creating a free workspace takes about two minutes: sign in with Google or an email link, name your store and pick your time zone. Connecting a CRM and inventory feed on a paid plan usually takes under an hour with our team.

Question 14

Which CRMs does Hannah work with?

Accepted Answer

Hannah connects through ADF and XML lead export, direct API connectors such as Go High Level, and a certified REST CRM adapter. If your CRM can send ADF leads and accept notes, Hannah can work in it. Ask us about your specific CRM and we will confirm before you pay.

Question 15

How does Hannah know my inventory?

Accepted Answer

You import an inventory feed as CSV or XML, or connect a live feed. Hannah quotes vehicles, stock numbers and listed prices from that feed only, so she never describes a car you do not have.

Question 16

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Hannah runs in the cloud. There is no software to install at the store, no browser extension and no hardware. Managers work from the texts and emails they already receive.

Question 17

Can I use Hannah with Facebook Marketplace leads?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Marketplace conversations can be routed into Hannah's lead feed so every inquiry gets an immediate reply and a push toward an appointment, with the same manager handoff for pricing questions.

Question 18

Can I try it before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can talk to Hannah right now with no account, and the Starter plan is free with 100 Hannah replies per month. Paid plans start at $49 per month and you can cancel any time.

Question 19

How much does Hannah cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter is free with 100 Hannah replies to buyers per month. Professional is $49 per month with 2,500 replies, manager alerts, CRM notes and custom rules. Enterprise team is $199 per month with 15,000 replies, unlimited rooftops and seats, integrations and full audit exports.

Question 20

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, update your card and download invoices from the billing page in your account without contacting us.

Question 21

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

Accepted Answer

You see a usage meter at all times. At 80 percent of your limit we show an upgrade prompt. At 100 percent Hannah pauses new replies to buyers and alerts your team until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Appointments already booked are never affected.

Question 22

Is there a contract or setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no setup fee and no long term contract. Plans are month to month and you can cancel from the billing page at any time.

Question 23

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Both are done from the billing page.

Question 24

Who owns my data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Your leads, conversations and inventory belong to your dealership. Each workspace is isolated at the database level with row level security, and your team can export its data at any time.

Question 25

How is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every workspace is isolated with row level security so one dealership can never read another's records. Staff access is logged and view-only links expire automatically.

Question 26

Does Hannah respect opt-outs and quiet hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hannah honors STOP and opt-out requests immediately, follows daily send caps per buyer, and never messages during the quiet hours you set for each store.

Question 27

Who can sign in to my workspace?

Accepted Answer

Only people you invite. Owners and admins invite team members by email, assign roles, and can remove access at any time. Staff accounts and partner accounts are separated from dealership workspaces.

Question 28

How fast does Hannah respond to a new lead?

Accepted Answer

Hannah replies within seconds of a lead arriving, at any hour. Response time is tracked for every conversation and shown on the usage and readiness pages so you can verify it yourself.

Question 29

How do I know Hannah is working?

Accepted Answer

Every workspace shows lead to appointment conversion, response times, handoffs to managers and the full conversation history. The outcome that counts is a kept appointment, not a sent message, and the dashboard reports it that way.

Question 30

Does Hannah work for used car dealers and independents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hannah works for franchise stores, independent used car dealers and dealer groups. The Starter plan is sized for a single independent lot, and Enterprise team covers groups with many rooftops.
