No. Managers get a text or email with a one tap link or reply codes. Their answer goes straight back to Hannah and on to the buyer. There is no app to install and no dashboard to learn.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, update your card and download invoices from the billing page in your account without contacting us.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

You see a usage meter at all times. At 80 percent of your limit we show an upgrade prompt. At 100 percent Hannah pauses new replies to buyers and alerts your team until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Appointments already booked are never affected.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee and no long term contract. Plans are month to month and you can cancel from the billing page at any time.
